There is no law against adding "echo"; "bio","nature"; to a product and a brand, although it is not! Today it is used as a marketing trick. The manufacturer's declaration that the product is natural is not sufficient.

To be absolutely sure that the product is natural, you should look for certificates on its packaging! The responsible authorities carry out very thorough inspections and regular analyzes before issuing the relevant certificates and tracing each product component.

A further guarantee is that the shop itself, which sells organic products, is certified. So, kind of a double certification.

But what if the product has a certificate, but there are still ingredients that you don't know about and that don't seem to come from nature? Are coconut glucosides, ammonium lauryl sulfate really natural ingredients? What do these terms mean?

CUCO GLUCOSIDE
This substance is derived from coconuts and sugar. Creates texture and makes the product sparkle.

BENZOIC ACID
In nature, this substance is found in berries: cranberries, plums, cloudberry, and also cinnamon. It has bactericidal properties. Added to give the product a longer life and to mix fragrances evenly.

BISABOLOL
It occurs naturally in chamomile. Has healing properties - protects against inflammation, allergic manifestations and itching. Improves the skin's self-healing ability.

AMMONIUM LAURYL SULFATE
Natural sulfates derived from coconut and palm oil (natural, of course). It acts as an emulsifier combining oil and water, helping shower gels and shampoos remove dirt and cleanse the body.

GLYCERIN
Extracted from vegetable oils. It has moisturizing and emollient properties.

GLYCERYL STEARATE
Extracted from vegetable oils. It smoothes the skin, restores the skin's natural oil protective layer and helps maintain the skin's moisture level.

LAURYL LAURATE
Extracted from vegetable oils. It helps create a cosmetic texture by acting as an emulsifier.

POTASSIUM SORBATE
Potassium sorbate obtained, for example, from unripe mountain ash. Acts as a preservative, extending the shelf life of the product.
